Revelation 2:1-7 Reading the Passage

Have I Left My First Love? – Revelation 2:1-7

2 To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: This is what the one who holds the seven stars in his right hand, the one who walks among the seven golden lampstands, says: (2) I know your deeds—your labor and perseverance, and that you cannot tolerate evil men. You tested those who claim to be apostles, but are not, and found them to be false. (3) And you have perseverance and have endured hardship for my name’s sake; furthermore, you have not grown weary. (4) But I have this against you: You have left your first love. (5) Therefore, remember from where you have fallen, and repent, and do the works you did at the beginning; or else I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, if you do not repent. (6) But you have this in your favor: You hate the practices of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. (7) He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life that is the paradise of God.
