John 15:9-17 Reading the Passage

Render Obedience to Christ – John 15:9-17

15 (9) Just as the Father has loved me, I also have loved you; remain in my love. (10) If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love; just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. (11) I have told you these things so that my joy may be in you and your joy may be complete. (12) My commandment is that you love one another, just as I have loved you. (13) No one has any greater love than to lay down his life for his friends. (14) You are my friends, if you do the things I command you. (15) I no longer call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing. But I have called you friends, because I have made known to you everything that I have heard from my Father. (16) You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—so that whatever you shall ask of the Father in my name he may give you. (17) My commandment is that you love one another.
